Changes to potted bulb product specifications 
On 1 October 2011 the following potted bulb product specifications change:

·    Crocus: this specification will expire. The grading characteristics height and maturity will remain in force.

·    Fritillaria meleagris: this specification will expire. The grading characteristics number of bulbs per pot and maturity will remain in force and apply to all Frittelarias.

·    Hyacinthus: various changes and grading code number of florets per bulb will be replaced by grading code number florets per pot. Grading code for number of bulbs/pot will be added and required.

·    Muscari: various changes, grading code maturity will be required.

·    Narcissus: various changes.

·    Tulipa: various changes.

In addition to these changes to the specifications, the grading codes for potted bulb products that do not have their own specifications will be amended. The grading characteristics number of bulbs per pot and maturity for Iris, Scilla and Galanthus will be required.
