These documents have been carefully prepared to guide you step by step. We recommend reviewing and completing them thoroughly so that you are optimally prepared for the audit.

Environmental certificate
The environmental section, which is also part of the Small-Scale Grower Scheme, is not included in these support documents. To meet the requirements for this part of the certificate, you should use the registration program from MPS or a registration program for GLOBALG.A.P. Please follow the steps outlined below.

Steps to participate in the Small-Scale Grower Scheme
Below are the steps you need to follow to participate in the Small-Scale Grower Scheme:

Step 1: Apply for participation in the Small-Scale Grower Scheme with FSI
Submit an application to FSI. FSI will check whether your business qualifies for participation in the Small-Scale Grower Scheme. After approval, you will receive confirmation from FSI.

Step 2: Register with a certification body
After FSI approval, you can register with one of the two available providers for the Small-Scale Grower Scheme. You have the following options:

  • MPS-Compact (via MPS)
  • FloriCompact (via Agraya GmbH, owner of GLOBALG.A.P

For MPS-Compact, register directly with MPS.
For FloriCompact, there are two steps: register with a certification body and also purchase a registration program.

Step 3: Prepare for the audit
After registration, you can start preparing for the audit for the Small-Scale Grower Scheme. Use the sample documents on this page to ensure that you meet all requirements for the audit.
